Before working with human behaviour, I spent years analyzing business systems, processes and complex organizational problems.
That analytical foundation still shapes every conversation I have today.
Because people, like organizations, operate through patterns.
When you understand the pattern, better decisions become possible.
Most people already know what they should do.
Yet they continue making the same decisions.
Not because they lack intelligence.
Not because they lack motivation.
Often because they continue interpreting the situation in the same way.
UpMind was built around one conviction.
People do not change because they know more.
They change because they see differently.
I believe that lasting change begins long before behaviour changes.
Every behaviour follows a decision.
Every decision follows an interpretation.
If the interpretation remains unchanged, the behaviour usually returns.
My work is helping people recognize what is shaping the way they think, decide and act so they can build responses that last.

Instead of listing certifications first, I will tell the story.
My work combines two disciplines that rarely meet.
Strategic systems thinking and human behaviour.
Before founding UpMind, I worked in technology, business analysis and process improvement, collaborating with executives, leadership teams and complex organizations.
Later, I specialized in behavioural intervention, Strategic Intervention Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, leadership development and emotional regulation.
Today, these two worlds work together.
One helps me understand systems.
The other helps me understand people.

• Business Systems Analysis
• Strategic Intervention (Tony Robbins & Cloe Madanes)
• Neuro-Linguistic Programming
• Behavioural Change
• Leadership Development
• Emotional Regulation
I do not work with everyone.
I work best with professionals and leaders who:
• are facing an important decision
• keep repeating the same professional pattern
• are navigating a personal or career transition
• want more than motivation
• are ready to take responsibility for meaningful change
This work is not about giving answers.
It is about helping you see differently so you can decide differently.
Clients often describe the experience differently.
They say they begin noticing patterns they never recognized before.
Conversations become clearer.
Decisions become easier.
Emotional reactions lose intensity.
Actions become more intentional.
Consistency begins feeling natural instead of forced.
People do not change because they know more.
Better decisions begin with better perspective.
Behaviour follows interpretation.
Consistency is built, not forced.
Lasting growth requires internal leadership.
If you are ready to understand what is shaping your decisions and create lasting change, I'd be glad to help.

THE RIGHT CONVERSATION CAN CHANGE THE DIRECTION OF EVERYTHING THAT FOLLOWS
